And if you have a tailor-made route contracted with us we have a 24h assistance phone available during the duration of your trip.  And by email whenever you want.

  • How do I request an invoice?

    Putting your billing information and indicating in the notes when making the purchase or sending an email to info@rutasdevino.com wine routes.

  • How do I pay? Who do I pay?

    You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.

    In the tailor-made routes, depending on the type of route there may be a planning cost that will be applied to the final price of the trip. Once you have decided how you want to travel, we send you a summary of the trip, booking form with payment details and acceptance of the conditions. We request a non-refundable deposit to guarantee the trip and start with the reservations.

    Gift vouchers purchased directly on the web can be paid by secure online system, by direct bank transfer (an account number is provided) or by PayPal. The payment will be made to Rutas de Vino S.L. Once the payment is made, you will receive the gift voucher by email.

  • Can I modify or cancel the reservation?

    We have a very flexible cancellation and modification policy, but always subject to the policy of our suppliers.

    On tailor-made routes, depending on the type of trip and the services included, cancellations or modifications can be made with more or less time. These details will be indicated in each particular trip.

    In the enoshop gift vouchers, once the trip is booked, it can be canceled or modified once without charge and always 48h before departure, except for exceptions that will be indicated at the time of booking. If it is necessary to change the date a second time, a charge of 25€ will be applied as a rebooking fee. Changes with less than 48h are not allowed.

  • Is it necessary to take out travel insurance or cancellation insurance?

    It is not essential but it is always convenient especially in tailor-made routes. We always offer insurance when the trip is confirmed.

  • Can I leave a review of my getaway?
