General Terms and Conditions
In these conditions ¨the company¨ refers to Rutas de Vino S.L. acting as organizer of the trip. RUTAS DE VINO S.L. is the promoter of the Travel Agency A2VIAJES with license CYCL 09-37. The company is not responsible for expenses originated outside the itinerary, or those produced by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, terrorism or other events beyond its control. The company is not responsible for damages to persons or their property due to negligence or omissions caused by the establishments participating in the trip, such as hotels, restaurants, wineries, producers or transportation companies.
- If for any reason any given establishment is not available during the requested dates, we will change the winery, hotel or restaurant for a different one, within the same category and level of service.
- The company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary if deemed necessary and substitute any service for another of equal or better quality if necessary. In case of being forced to cancel a route, the company will reimburse all amounts paid.
- Payment will be made payable to Rutas de Vino S.L. The following forms of payment are accepted:
- Credit card VISA or Master Card.
- Bank transfer to the name of Rutas de Vino S.L.
Deposit: All a la carte tour reservations require a non-refundable deposit to be made at the time of booking. 100% of the total price must be received 20 days prior to the start of the tour. The amount of the deposit depends on each tour. For gift vouchers, payment is in advance.
For a la carte tours, in case of cancellation more than 20 days prior to the start of the tour, the full payment will be refunded minus the handling fee deposit. If cancellation is made less than 20 days before the start of the tour, the payment is non-refundable. Cancellation must be made in writing.
GIFT VOUCHERS. All gift vouchers can be extended the expiration date or exchanged for others from the Rutas de Vino store by contacting us at email@example.com, you would only have to pay the difference if any.
- Once the reservation date has been confirmed, if it is necessary to change the date on the gift voucher reservation, this can be done up to 48 hours before the confirmed date. This change can be made once free of charge.
- If further changes are required after the first reservation has already been made, the cost of each new reservation will be 25€.
- If the cancellation/modification of the reservation is made less than 48 hours in advance, each case will be studied depending on the reason for the cancellation, if not justified by an official certificate, the voucher will be considered as enjoyed.
- If you want to change the scope of the voucher you can modify it, including more activities, hotel nights and visits to wineries. You can consult the supplement of your choice.
Medical and accident insurance is recommended. We do not assume any responsibility for loss or damage caused to personal effects or accidents occurring during the trip. RUTAS DE VINO S.L. can arrange travel insurance for you if you wish.
